These small vases feature a decoration of multicolored butterflies and flowers on a blue, green, and black background, enhanced with gold trim. The cloisonné technique, characteristic of late 19th-century Japanese craftsmanship, involves separating colored enamels using fine metal wires, creating exquisitely delicate patterns.
