Very good overall condition. Slight signs of wear and micro-scratches on the metal, minor marks on the galalith, without affecting the shine or structure. Functional spring clasp.

Geometric necklace typical of the Art Deco style, made in the workshops of Jakob Bengel in Idar-Oberstein in the 1930s.

This model combines chrome-plated metal elements with translucent green galalith inserts, creating an elegant and architectural composition. The contrasts between the polished metal and the colored synthetic material evoke the modernist and industrial aesthetic of the Art Deco movement.

The chain alternates between elongated rectangular links and rings, leading to a structured central pendant: a chrome dome framed by green galalith triangles connected by striated circles. The avant-garde design of Jakob Bengel, known for his collaborations with creators of the Bauhaus and German Modernism, is evident.
