A vintage French necklace dating from the 1950s, made in the style of Louis Rousselet , known for his refined creations combining glass beads, structured volumes, and elaborate settings. This necklace is composed of multiple strands of translucent ivory-colored oval glass beads, alternating with twisted gold-plated brass beads.

The dense and rhythmic arrangement of the rows, as well as the contrast between the satin finish of the glass and the patinated shine of the brass, directly evoke the style of post-war French high-end costume jewelry.

The jewelry features a large, openwork brass mechanical clasp, typical of French productions from the 1950s.
