A glazed earthenware cachepot made by Pierre Perret in Vallauris , active as successor to Jérôme Massier fils between 1898 and 1901. This rare piece fits perfectly within the Art Nouveau aesthetic of the late 19th – early 20th century, with its flowing lines and stylized gilded floral decorations .
The green interior glaze contrasts with the richness of the exterior enamels. Signed under the base "P. Perret Vallauris" .
