Very good overall condition. There are some minor scratches and slight signs of wear on the metal, as well as normal wear on the reverse and base, consistent with the coin's age. The enamel is well preserved, with beautiful color intensity. See photos for details.

Decorative plate in silver-plated enameled metal made by the Los Castillo company, in Taxco, Mexico, in the 1970s.
This piece features a stylized figurative decoration of pre-Columbian inspiration, representing a figure as an offering, treated in a vivid palette of greens, reds, yellows and blacks, typical of the Mexican aesthetic developed by the Castillo workshop.

The cloisonné enamel work, combined with polished silver-plated metal, creates a strong graphic contrast and great visual depth. This plate is designed as a decorative wall or display piece, beautifully reflecting 20th-century Mexican craftsmanship and cultural identity.
