Decorative enameled porcelain plate with polychrome mandala decoration , made around 1900 , in the Art Nouveau style.
The refined circular composition is organized around a central floral motif , unfolding a succession of geometric and vegetal friezes evoking the symbolist and oriental influences of the late 19th century.

The color palette combines warm and luminous tones – red, orange, pink, blue, mauve, and green – enhanced by a glossy gold enamel , lending a beautiful brilliance to the whole. The finely drawn decoration demonstrates a high level of decorative skill , characteristic of Art Nouveau decorative productions.

The reverse side is fitted with an old-fashioned metal hanging system , for wall display, on furniture or in a display case.

Very good overall condition. Slight signs of wear and minor age-related marks are visible, mainly on the reverse and on the metal hanging system (old oxidation), with no cracks or chips. The enamel is well preserved with a beautiful shine.
