, a famous French sculptor and founder of the Art Deco period. This rare piece features a bas-relief depicting an ancient hunting or war scene, inspired by Assyrian or Mesopotamian iconography, with a chariot drawn by horses and lions.
Decorated with stylized plant motifs on the sides, it rests on four small spherical feet. The interior is lined with original green felt. The signature "
